received an email requesting feedback about
my experience of booking my
accomodation and the hotel I stayed at recently.
Am delighted to comment as follows; Booking
process through website is efficient and easy
to navigate.
I received a confirmation
email and when I phoned to confirm the booking some weeks
later, all was well. Very happy with the website
and bookingprocesses.
As for the hotel, I stayed at the Isa,
via Cicerone, Rome. It is a clean,
well located hotel with friendly staff, all
of whom were very helpful. The
room was pleasant and comfortable.
Everybody was friendly, including the
housekeeping ladies who were always
ready with a smile and a 'good
morning' when
we saw them.
I filled in the comments form and left it
in the box provided
at reception at the time.
If I come back to Rome again, as I hope
I will in future,
I'll book the same hotel
if possible.

Sir/Madam,
Just a quick note to say how wonderful our
stay was at the Hotel Isa in
Rome, thanks to your website we had
no worries about booking hotels and
worrying if the hotel was suitable
or not. The pictures of the hotel did
indeed match the actual hotel and the
room was adequately sized and clean.
The location of the hotel is ideally placed
next to castel saint angelo and
is a short walk to the Vatican city.
From Hotel Isa it is but a 10 minute
walk into the heart of Rome and we
found everything within easy distance.
For a 3 star hotel we found the price reasonable
and the hotel comfortable
and we would definitely stay there
again.
Thanks to boutique reservations for a quick,
efficient service - we didn't
even have to make any
phonecalls. It took a minute to book
and confirmation was
sent promptly.
